Daytona Beach Children’s Portraiture

When Jennifer & Craig brought their young son Bobby into my Studio, it would be our 1st portrait session together.  The 1st session is really important.  That’s when you have that opportunity to bond & create a fun atmosphere & memory.  Bobby & I really hit it off!  He was amazing!!!  Such a cute smile – so well-behaved.  He struck all of the little “grown up” poses I threw at him.  And, even had a few of his own.  These are a few of parents; Jennifer & Craig’s favorite images.  We hope you too enjoy them…  Which one is your favorite?

Studio items for sale

My name is Michael Rollins, owner of Michael’s Photography & Video.  I’m retiring my 31 year old Portrait Studio on Beach Street (Downtown) & have 2 remaining sets & 1 background to sell.  They were manufactured in Canada by the company Off The Wall, who specialized in very high-end styrofoam sets.  Off The Wall has since gone out of business, but you can still Google these products & find pricing.  Very light & amazingly durable.  There are NO blemishes on either set.
The taller, larger set is about 9′ tall & the other set is about 5′ tall.  Both are 2 sided for extra versatility.  I paid $7000 for the larger one, but will sell for $1500.  The smaller one was around $4000, but will sell it for $500.
The background is enormous!  A very thick muslin, hand-painted – paid $1200, will sell for $250.  Let me know if you have interest in either or all.  They are perfect for playhouses & high-end studios because of their lightweight, yet weight-bearing properties!
Also, I have the small styofoam books for sale for just $35…  Lastly, some light stands, & a very nice Calumet boom arm weighted stand for a hair/transition light.  2 hand cranks to control up/down & left/right positioning of light.  I can be reached at 386.255.0555 or email: michael@michaelsphotography.cc.

Estate on the Halifax Tavern & Chapel in the Garden wedding Rick + Tensy

I challenge anyone to find a more beautiful garden setting for their wedding than The Estate on the Halifax Tavern in the Garden!  Rick & Tensy certainly agree as they chose Tavern & Chapel in the Garden for their wedding ceremony & reception.  Tensy & her girls did their wedding preparation in Agatha’s Cottage while Rick & his guys got ready in the Train Car.  The weather was perfect as was their entire wedding day.  Katie Hunt, Director of The Estate on the Halifax Tavern & Chapel in the Garden kept everything rolling smoothly.  Melody Anglin was magical on her harp for their wedding ceremony & cocktail hour while  DJ Mark P kept the Reception lively. Our congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Digioia!

Pastor Leo - Absolutely gorgeous images of a beautiful couple and beautiful family. The day was a wonderful reflection of love, honor and respect of three generations. I pray God’s blessings will continue to shower your marriage. Pastor Leo
